[Optional access rights]
# Drawing over other apps: Permission to use pop-up mode when watching broadcasts
# Notification: Permission to receive notifications of favorite broadcasts and announcements
* Even if you do not agree to the optional access permissions, you can use the service without those permissions.

[How to revoke access rights]
-Android 6.0 or higher: Can be revoked in the ‘Settings > Application Manager > Select App > Permissions > Access Permissions’ menu.
-Under Android 6.0: Access permission cannot be revoked, so it can be revoked by deleting the app.
